I gave the writer a specific resource to use and this was not used. I need the paper in APA format and it wasn't. I don't know what the references were. it didn't make sense at all.

I was impressed with the writers resume. I wan not impressed with the lack of updates. I was hoping to see how the progress went. When I finally saw the final product on the due day and I had to ask for it to be reviewed. 2 days latter I had to ask again, and the results went much better. Watch the grammar.

What the writer wrote was good but there was a severe lack of communication. I asked this person to revise something and they would take forever to respond. I also would message this person multiple time and they would read it and not respond.

Poor quality. This person is either rushing and not caring at all or just doesn't know how to do mathematics, plain and simple. I looked at the work he did and he literally got 1 mark right, and that was simply subbing a number into an equation. He didn't know that probabilities have to add to 1, and he clearly didn't read any question. Just writes a bunch of useless stuff under the disguise of it looking correct.
