Big issues with grammar wording and following instructions and not understanding when you're given revisions. I'm not sure if their is a language measure.

A little upset, my assignment was worth 150 points. Out of those 150 I only got 40 points, dropped my A to a C.

This writer had a full week do do the assignment- the details are clearly listed on the order to target a specific city yet I still do not have that even after asking for him to re look it. There are no citations or references provided.

The paper while themed correctly used a lot of incorrect facts. I gave an extension to correct and it still came back with a lot of incorrect information regarding World War I.  It would not be a paper I could turn in without the professor laughing at me as most facts regarding the war are easily verified
