The writer used a referenced dated 1994. Advised to use a current reference for citation. Rather than use a recent source, it was just removed from the reference.The writer does not understand APA style writing. The writer took 8 days to reply to my mentioned concerns about the content of the paper. I had to contact the Support Department. I ended up writing the paper myself and have wasted my money.
