The writer does not have rudimentary understanding of Biology. She claims she is a major. Instructions were not followed at all.

the paper is not good enough. I made many changes to the paper. The writer was cooperative and was willing to do the changes, but The writer responds late. Also, the writer did not follow exactly the instruction.
