Very unprofessional writing, I can see that he just wants to get it done as soon as possible. I asked him to focus on the risk part at the beginning and repeatedly emphasized it, and he spent 70% of the space on the completely useless part. And refused to modify, claiming that he will be punished by the company if it exceeds the space. In fact, he can delete those completely useless pages and focus on what I need. Very polite and rejected what I needed. No respect ！

Paper seemed to be written in another language then Really very badly translated into English it was complete garbage and from what I can tell it only covered info from the first 2 pages of the 17 page article writers response was "what is problem I do perfect my friend"

This writer promised to make adjustments to the text and never did them! I told him multiple times when is my deadline and he texted back that i should not worry about missing the deadline. he never did any adjustments to the text!!!I worked for 3 hours to make comments on the paper and he complexly screwed me over. He just stopped replying to messages and never submitted the updated version.
