Hello, Kindly apply a sub-topic for each question , and please give more detail to your answers, especially on the first question where it states to Summarize the four messages outlined in the IOM report and explain why these are significant to nursing practice. This writer is not communicating with me in the way I've asked and is trying to say what he/she has done is correct and I am literally asking for it to be revised. Also, there must have been some miscommunication because the writer mentioned it will be an 8 page paper and a presentation, and is now saying otherwise. I'm not seeing myself able to be proud of whatever he/she decides to come up with because the writing already has grammatical issues

This writer wrote a good paper but didn't really follow any of the instructions I gave. I asked him/her to edit the paper and they were done with it 1.5 hours after the deadline, after that they still had not made appropriate edits... after a while, I was just too frustrated to keep arguing with them and decided to call it quits. this is the first time writer has disappointed me, I probably will never use them again.
