Writer was ok but I only scored a 70%

I paid for three pages. the first page was supposed to be the abstract and the second and third page were supposed to be the paper. I got 2 1/2 pages with no abstract. I need a revision to include the abstract no greater than 2 hours. That's my paper deadline.This is the second issue from this site.

Writer was not good at all. Very hard to get in contact with and would not make the work as finished so I was not able to turn it on time. The writer was very poor

I want to say that I am very disappointed. Peterm, the person supposed to get my paper ready, very bad communication, no sympathy. First he takes an hour to answer my messages and then he asked me for more time cuz he was taking a nap??? I considered very disrespectful. In regards to the website I have no complaints, however, this person that I picked for my assignment was just horrible. Not recommend at all. Very bad experience and I would want no one to go through it.

Maybe a highschool level essay, if that. I paid for it because they did their best, I presume, but I will not do this again.
