Was given 24 hours, should have only taken 4-6. Requested 6 more hours 15 hours after it was granted to them. Untrustworthy and unreliable.

The writer did not give me a professional writing service, rather he/she provided me a copy and paste of my information that I provided with my order. I informed him/her about the issue, but no resolution at all, instead he/she remained offline until now. I am bonded with a strict deadline, I have wasted 8 days already from my allowance time. Now I have to assign a new order and  wait more!!!
