Guidelines for the paper were not exactly followed even after clarification provided and revision requested. Writer required an extension in deadline. However, the quantitative descriptiveness of the paper was substantial and well thought out, but again, due to the deadline I will have to go ahead and revise myself. The writer was friendly and responded quickly though.

My rating is based on the fact he missed the deadline by over a week, plus the fact he made numerous errors in his writing. I'm not sure what happened with this writer. I used him before and he was excellent. I feel I am being generous with a 3 rating.
